I’d been thinking about purchasing a new vehicle for a few years, and after test-driving a few models, I recently stopped by Olympia Mazda. I was greeted by Frank Frashik, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and refreshingly not pushy. He first made sure I wasn’t already working with another consultant, then took the time to listen to what I wanted. Frank assured me they had the exact vehicle I was looking for and went to pull it around. A few minutes later, he came back to apologize because the car wasn’t easily accessible and he needed to move several vehicles to reach it. Even with that hiccup, the wait was short, and soon I was out on a test drive. I ended up purchasing the 2025 Mazda CX-50—and I absolutely love it. I went to say hello to our salesman Jason A who we had bought 2 cars from in the last 2 years while i got an oil change. Side note, Jason calls every year on the anniversary of our purchases to check if we still love our ride. This type of dedication is why we continue to only going to this Mazda and work with Jason. He makes the whole process flow with ease, which is why I walked out trading my cx-5 for a new CX-50 with all the bells and whistles. Greg Warren is the best salesperson I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. I met him back in 2020 to buy a CX-30, and I had such a great experience with him that I drove all the way back from Spokane (over 300 miles) to trade in for a 2025 CX-50. We negotiated everything via email, so when I came in, I just had to sign paperwork. It took less than an hour! Greg always made me feel heard and respected. As a family who rarely buys cars this experience was completely different from what we expected. From the minute we walked in the door Jason and Frank talked to everyone in the family not just my dad and shook everyone's hands. I originally felt disconnected from the process however both Jason and Frank talked with me, shook my hand, and showed specifically me features of the truck we bought and taught me how to maintain it. This is my honest review of the dealer and it's staff!! 1st met Thomas Helms and (Tom) was my sales professional with my purchase on 8-31-2024 I was looking at a MX5 RF hard top convertible but it was a bit small for my build, So I asked Tom to show me a cool Premium sporty car as I did not know Mazda well, he showed me the Mazda 3 S Premium 6 speed with White snowflake pearl & black leather with sunroof & the awesome 12 speaker Bose system that rocks hard!! Love this car more than the last 8 car purchases I've made since 2017 lol, searching since 2017 for the right car!! Tom let me go with him for a lengthy ride in what became my new purchase and I am 100% trilled with both my purchase and my time with sales staff and finance pro Mike Abbott, who was also great! Let me say I was in auto business 50 yrs now retired! The best price on Mazda's this side of the mountains as we researched ahead of time. We used Mazda's financing which has a great interest rate price point in today's economy. Bill was far and above the most easy to work with -- he was kind, authentic, and easy going (Greg at Mazda was also helpful). I appreciated that Bill encouraged me to take the car for a test drive on my own instead of insisting on riding along. He was also very laid back and respectful of my budget without trying to upsell me anything. After meeting so many other sales people, I can say that Bill made me feel the most comfortable buying a used car--no weirdness, no pressure, and absolutely zero creepy vibes. We recently purchased a 23 Miata from Greg Warren at Dinsmore/Olympia Mazda. We had expected to return to make the financial arrangements but the general manager Tony Pineau and Greg Warren worked together to let us take the car that very day. He took my husband for a drive showing him the techie systems and then took me for a ride and we put the top down and laughed as our hair ruffled in the wind! I must say that right from the beginning and then at every step throughout buying our car we were treated to 1st Class care. Our happiness was always the one thing that Jason never lost sight of (we could see that it was his joy). His core focus was on us which made us feel respected and appreciated. Never did we get pressured, never were we allowed to become confused, nor were we exposed to any kind of trickery. In fact every question we asked and every point we made was heard first time and promptly addressed right then, each and every time. Not only did they sell us a car with a great deal they also included fixing some of the cosmetic issues for free. About a month or so ago I contacted them about what they’d offer for my trade in and new purchase- Tom answered and ever since has been extremely helpful without the immense pressure that typically comes with a car purchase. Tom was always quick to respond, got me whatever information I needed, and when it was time for me to pull the trigger honored his word about everything we discussed in the months prior. I just traded my 2021 CX-5 in on a new 2024 CX-5 2.5 Turbo Signature and my salesman Greg Warren was again very nice to work with.
